Course Objectives

Identify at least three evidence-based time-management strategies applicable to ABA practice settings.

Apply scheduling techniques to reduce task overload and create sustainable workday boundaries.

Describe the relationship between personal renewal activities and practitioner effectiveness and longevity.

Distinguish between burnout warning signs and typical occupational stress using behavioral indicators.

Implement at least one evidence-based recovery practice during the workday to reduce cumulative stress load.

Evaluate the effectiveness of a self-selected burnout prevention strategy using a structured self-monitoring approach.
